At Smith Family Medicine, you can expect our FULL attention. We will have a real conversation with you to understand your full health picture. Next, we will work closely with you to explore your options and develop a personalized treatment plan to ensure you get the best care possible.
We can be your first point of contact for health concerns and also help you navigate your health journey, one-on-one or with other specialists and practitioners of your choosing. We are willing to work with integrated/complementary practitioners and coordinating care to help you receive the most comprehensive care available.
Our focus is on YOU getting better and feeling comfortable with your care, and we will facilitate this however possible.
Our family medicine clinic provides the following services:
- Primary care to patients of all ages
- Treatment of routine medical problems such as aches, pains and colds.
- Treatment of acute conditions (back pain, shingles)
- Medical Cannabis Certification
- Annual check-ups and other preventive care
- Diagnosis and help with managing complex, chronic conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure)
- Physical exams (CDL physicals to come)
- Office procedures (skin surgeries)
- Well woman care
- Health education and prescriptions
- Referrals to a specialist when needed.
